Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026
DecisionFrames helps you analyze decisions through multiple frameworks. This policy explains what information may be handled when you use the site.
Information You Provide
When you submit a decision, you may provide a question, context, selected frameworks, follow-up details, and optional profile text. Do not submit passwords, account numbers, private medical details, or anything you would not want processed by the service.
How Decision Analysis Works
Decision questions may be sent to configured model providers so the app can route frameworks and generate an analysis. Provider handling depends on the production configuration in use at the time.
Browser Storage
The app may store optional profile text, saved decisions, export-ready result packets, decision journal notes, and an anonymous browser ID used for usage limits in your browser. This is local to your browser unless a future account feature explicitly syncs it.
Usage And Cost Data
The service may record operational usage data such as request counts, model usage, token counts, timestamps, rough cost estimates, and abuse-prevention counters. These records help keep the service reliable and affordable.
The product may also record aggregate event counts such as page views, decisions started, answers completed, saved results, exports, and journal updates. These analytics events are designed not to include your decision text, recommendations, profile text, or journal notes.
Accounts And Payments
Accounts, cloud sync, and payments are not part of the current public MVP unless shown directly in the product. When those features launch, this policy should be updated before collecting account or billing data.
Your Choices
You can clear locally saved browser data through your browser settings. For privacy questions, contact hello@decisionframes.com.
